BRISBANE AIRPORT DOMESTIC ARRIVAL (FREE TRANSFER FOR VEHICLE PICKUP)

Please call 1800 822 059 or 07 5599 5335 when you have collected your luggage, Take the free transfer bus to the International terminal (T-BUS, located directly outside both the Qantas and Virgin areas of the terminal), Proceed to level 2 (Arrivals), Look for our staff member holding a sign with your name near the information desk.

Please introduce yourself to our staff member who will walk you to your vehicle, complete the paperwork and payment, and explain your vehicle return instructions.

Service flights from 0600 until 2200. An after hour fee applies for any after hour booking from 0600 to 0900 and 1701 through to 2200.

*Please note if you booked the Hyundai Getz this vehicle is only allowed within 125 km of the pickup range

Vehicle Recovery Charge: A compulsory vehicle recovery charge of AUD10.00 to be paid at the counter.

-    Head towards the Information Desk ? located on the level 2 arrivals.
-    Allow 5 – 10 min for our next available staff member (holding a sign with your name) to walk you to your vehicle. Once at the vehicle they will provide you with copies of the rental contract and receipts. They will also advise you of the return procedures for the location you are returning your vehicle to, at the completion of your contract.

- Collect your luggage

Please call 1800 822 059 for your free shuttle service to our office. A blue PARK ON KING bus will pick you up from the bay. The approx. wait time is 10-15 minutes (depending on traffic). Please do not call prior to arriving at your pick up point – additional fees may apply if the shuttle arrives and you are not ready for collection

Sydney International Terminal [Arrivals]
1. Exit the terminal & Turn right.
2. Follow signs to SHUTTLE PICKUP area 
3. Walk past RYDGES HOTEL and wait near BAY 22

RETURNS
Sydney Domestic & International Airport [Returns]

1. Proceed to Park on King at 338 King St, Mascot, Sydney
2. Enter the building and follow the signs to Car Rental / Returns
3. Enter through the boom gate (will open automatically)
4. Park the rental vehicle in any bay with the Abaa Reserved sign
5. Lock the vehicle and call 1800 822 059 to advise return of the vehicle.
6. Drop the car keys into the Key Return box.
 


AFTER HOURS
PLEASE NOTE: There is a $45 per hire charge for all airport pickups and drop-offs. Out of Office hours will incur the after-hours fee plus the $45 location charge.

- We are closed on Christmas Day and New Year Day.  Otherwise, our office is open all year round.  Phones are diverted to an after-hours number out of office hours.

- Closed on New Year’s Day all locations (1st Jan) 


CUSTOMER EMERGENCY NUMBER

FLIGHT BOOKING CHANGES / DELAYS
There are times when we have been given the incorrect flight details and our staff have been left waiting for a non-existing arrival. Should this occur in future, we will allow the customer an hour’s grace before the booking is cancelled.
Please call us on AUS 1800 822 059 as soon as you know of any changes to your flight arrival time. Extra fees will be applicable. We are happy to advise you of the extra cost, which is dependent on how long your flight is delayed for and if the new arrive time is within or out of office hours.
